These tools enable users to oversee their development & construction projects utilizing real-time data and foster collaboration among project team members.

• Project Management & Construction Administration Tools:

1. Tasks: Users can create tasks to establish reminders for assignments and milestones, or identify risk issues, enabling collaboration partners to view and monitor statuses instantaneously. Tasks can be assigned as general items or linked to a specific project.
2. Drawings: Access all Drawing sets within Projects, including the most current set featuring the latest sheets. Users can add comments within a sheet, tag another Project member, or generate an RFI and Punch Item directly from a drawing sheet.
3. RFIs: Review existing RFIs to confirm field conditions or generate new ones for outstanding queries. Users can effortlessly upload or capture photos to provide additional information supporting the RFI.
4. Punch List: Review existing Punch Items or create new ones on the go. Users can promptly capture photos and document field conditions while assigning items to responsible contractors.
5. Specifications (View only): Access previously uploaded Specification sets (current and draft) alongside all reference comments added to the documents.
6. Submittals (View only): View previously uploaded Submittal packages to confirm approval status and any associated documents. Additionally, explore contributors and impacted parties related to the Submittal.
7. Daily Reports: View and Generate Daily Reports to enhance accuracy and consistency in reporting vital project information from the field.
